TRANR – Return Policy

TRANR Rubber Flooring and Matting has a 15-day return policy for all products with the following qualifying conditions:

  • All product must be unused and in the original packaging. Any product taken out of the original box/pallet/package is deemed as used product and doesn’t qualify for return.  
  • If it is deemed the product is not resalable due to any damage that occurred at the customer's site or for any reason other than a manufacturing/quality defect the product cannot be returned.
  • The product must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • The customer must arrange and pay all associated freight costs for return. Original freight costs from the order are not refundable.
  • The customer must have an approved RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) to initiate the return process. To obtain an RMA you must call 1-262-539-4405 to get this started. This RMA number must be included on the return shipping labels. Product without an RMA# will not be accepted and could result in additional freight charges.

Once the product is received, we will inspect it and begin the refund process. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days depending on circumstances and will incur a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee. After inspection, if for any reason the product is not deemed as returnable material due to not meeting the above criteria, we will contact you.
